How it went
CIASO, in collaboration with ACANEA and Parallèl Alberta, organized a workshop session encouraging and teaching participants from across Canada about navigating the Canadian job market, gaining experience and securing a job. We also spoke about the right ways to approach your entrepreneurial journey, and about helping seniors gain access to the digital world and get involved in tech. A lot of information was shared about the job market for French-speaking Canadians living in Alberta.
Participants were encouraged, and there was an opportunity to network, with representatives from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) speaking about available employment opportunities.
We had a successful workshop, and CIASO is committed to creating more opportunities like this for new Canadians. Follow our social media pages for updates.
