Canada Intergration and Settlement Organization( CIASO) in collaboration with Afro Canadian Entrepreneur Organization ( ACANEA) and Parellèl Alberta, organized a workshop session encouraging and teaching participants all over Canada about navigating the Canadian job market, gaining experience and securing the job. We also spoke about the right ways to go about your entrepreneurial journey, helping seniors gain access to the digital world and be involved in tech. A lot information was given regarding the French speaking Canadians residing in Alberta on the job market as well.

With all these opportunities, training and resources given out, those who participated in the workshop were encouraged, opportunity to network was made available as we had representatives from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC )come talk about employment opportunities available for people to make use of.

We had a successful workshop and CIASO is committed to creating more of such opportunities to get create more settlement opportunities for new Canadians as they navigate through life.
